By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Study Sprint Planner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Usage

Study Sprint Planner is provided as a lightweight planning and utility app for personal, lawful use. You are responsible for how you use the app, the accuracy of your own entries, and reviewing any reminders, schedules, or lists before acting on them.

You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party store requirements when using the app.

Subscriptions And Billing

If paid features are offered in Study Sprint Planner, pricing, billing frequency, and available plans will be shown in the relevant store listing or in-app purchase flow. Billing is handled through Apple App Store and Google Play, and entitlement tracking may be supported by RevenueCat.

You are responsible for reviewing the pricing and billing terms shown by the relevant store before completing a purchase.

Renewals / Cancellations

Auto-renewing subscriptions, if offered, generally continue until cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account settings tied to the purchase. Deleting the app alone does not usually cancel an active subscription.

Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, subject to store platform rules.

Refunds Through Apple/Google Store Policies

Refund requests are handled under the policies and workflows of Apple App Store and Google Play. The publisher cannot independently guarantee refunds outside the mechanisms offered by the relevant store platform.

Intellectual Property

Study Sprint Planner, its branding, interface, text, design, source materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to Prozone, unless stated otherwise. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where mandatory law permits, attempt unauthorized access, infringe third-party rights, or use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Disclaimer / No Warranty

Study Sprint Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will meet every individual need or outcome.

The app is a general utility and planning tool. It does not replace professional judgment or professional advice in regulated fields.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to operate in connection with a publisher based in Turkey. Where a specific governing-law or jurisdiction statement is added, the latest version will be published on this page.
